So… how to convert the video to a GIF? Step Two: You’ll need the Shortcuts app for iOS That did not work for me though, because I wanted the clip to loop, just as a GIF would. Twitter supports the upload of video files, so I could have just uploaded the video and be done. Now, to be fair, I could pretty much stop here.
