If you are in an existing 1-month trial period with Apple Music, you remain eligible for the Subscription and the Subscription Period shall be added to the remainder of your existing 1-month trial period with Apple, which shall be provided to you by O2. Participants may redeem a Subscription in addition to a 1-month trial period offered by Apple, giving a total Subscription Period of up to 6 months.Tariff eligibility criteria may apply which includes, but is not limited to, being a UK resident and being over 18.O2 reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time which may include the substitution of the Subscription for a suitable alternative. O2 provides no guarantee that a Subscription will remain available throughout the Subscription Period.
The Subscription is subject to availability at the point of redemption, whilst stocks last. Customers cannot benefit from more than one Subscription per Apple account. Participants must redeem the Subscription by 26th June 2024. One Subscription per Qualifying Purchase. Your Subscription Period will commence on the date you redeem your Subscription. The duration of the Subscription will be as set out in these Terms or as otherwise communicated to you (“ Subscription Period”). To activate your Subscription, you will have to sign up for an account with Apple and agree to their terms and conditions of use. The Subscription is subject to acceptance of additional terms and eligibility criteria, as applicable to the Subscription. Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase (see clause 10) (a “ Participant”) can claim up to 6 months of Apple Music from O2 (“ Subscription”), consisting of either (i) a 5-month trial period, or (ii) a 2-month trial period, depending on which available offer has been chosen, provided by O2 and up to 1 month provided by Apple (subject to clause 6 below). Participation and redemption instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate.
